1) Use proxy hider to access the internet with more freedom such as hidemyass and freegate.

p/s: you can even download any files you like with these program =)

2) Use Google chrome, which can provide faster surfing than other web browser.

3) Use local connection to share files with friends and uni-mates.

4) Download Internet Download Manager to have a smooth download from the internet =) remember to set proxy in the settings.

Problem we normally faced when downloading a file larger than 50MB.
