Chrome will not restore after minimize

Always when I working around with Google Chrome, minimize and maximize.
After I minimize it, it can't be restore back even if I click 'restore'.
Instead of restoring, I have to close the tab and open a new one.

Right-click, Restore doesn't work!!!

Here is the procedure for solving the problem:

1. Right click the desktop
2. Select "Personalize"
3. Select "Windows Color and Appearance"
4. Select "Open classic appearance properties for more color options"
5. Select a color scheme other than "Windows Aero" (Both "Windows Vista Basic" and "Windows Classic" worked)

The Chrome window magically appears!

You can subsequently avoid the problem entirely by leaving the color scheme alone after the applying the workaround.
